Shawna and Jeremy
Leadership - Experience - Work Ethic
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead technical teams, where I’ve not only developed strong leadership skills but also gained invaluable experience in driving performance, solving complex problems, and fostering collaboration. As the owner and manager of our small business, I bring a hands-on approach, ensuring that operations are efficient and customer-focused while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. This role has strengthened my ability to balance strategic decision-making with day-to-day management, always keeping success at the forefront.
In addition to my business experience, I currently serve as the President of the Local Chapter of the Washington Pilots Association, where I work tirelessly to support our members and advance our collective interests. Leading by example, I prioritize open communication and strategic planning, which has allowed us to build a stronger community. As Vice-Chair for the Moses Lake Municipal Airport Commission, I focus on making decisions that improve the airport’s infrastructure and services, ensuring we meet the needs of both pilots and the community. My previous role as a Board Member for the Moses Lake Air Show also provided me with significant experience in event coordination, teamwork, and fostering long-term partnerships.
In every leadership position, I am committed to a strong work ethic, perseverance, and setting clear expectations for my teams. I believe in leading through action and creating environments where everyone can thrive, always focusing on continuous growth, efficiency, and achieving long-term goals.
